An error dialog appears just as you are trying to finish something. You can see the message, a file path, and a few clues in the surrounding window, but you cannot select any of the text. Or perhaps you are looking at a chart in a presentation and want help making sense of its labels and trend. A regular screenshot saves what you see, but it still leaves you retyping the words, explaining the context, or opening another app to ask about the image.
Sliprail AI Screenshot is for what comes next. It is an on-demand feature in the Sliprail desktop app. Nothing is captured until you run it from the launcher or press a keyboard shortcut you have assigned to it, and Sliprail does not watch your screen in the background or decide when to take a screenshot.

When you run AIScreenshot from the launcher or press your assigned screenshot shortcut, Sliprail takes a screenshot of every connected display at that moment. If you use more than one monitor, choose the screen that contains what you need. You can use the full image or crop it to the relevant area, showing only what matters and leaving unrelated windows out.
If the problem is text you can see but cannot copy, Extract Text gives you a text version of the selected image or crop. That can spare you from retyping a command in an error message, a paragraph on a remote desktop, or a number shown in an image.
If you can read the words but are not sure what to make of them, ask Nora about the same screenshot. You could ask what an error seems to mean, which detail might be worth checking next, or how to interpret a chart's labels and trend. Because Nora can see the screenshot you selected, you do not have to describe everything on the screen from scratch.

Before sending anything, it helps to know that the screenshot or crop you choose will be sent for AI processing. You may need to sign in. Access also depends on your trial or subscription and whether you have AI usage left. Crop out anything private or unrelated, and double-check important text or explanations against the original because AI results can be wrong. Nora can help explain what is on screen, but it cannot diagnose a problem or fix your computer.
