The Bookmarks extension lets you save and organize links directly in Sliprail, independently of any browser. You can create folders, drag items to reorder them, search across all bookmarks, turn items into launcher shortcuts, synchronize supported bookmark data, and move bookmarks with standard HTML.
SearchBookmarksRun ManageBookmarks in the desktop app. The manager provides bookmark and folder editing, drag-and-drop organization, shortcut management, and the More menu used for import and export.

.html bookmark fileImported bookmarks are appended to the current collection. Sliprail does not replace or deduplicate existing bookmarks during import. Folder nesting and available bookmark timestamps are read when the source provides them.
If the selected file has no supported bookmarks, the browser has no readable bookmarks, or the import would reach the configured bookmark limit, Sliprail shows an error and does not append the import.
Open ManageBookmarks > More > Export Bookmarks and choose where to save the generated .html file.
The export uses the standard Netscape bookmark HTML structure. It includes bookmark and folder names, URLs, folder nesting, and an available creation or update timestamp. It does not include Sliprail shortcut flags, internal IDs, or separate update timestamps.
Use HTML export when you need a file that browsers and other compatible bookmark tools can read, or when you want a bookmark file that Sliprail can import again.
Enable bookmark sync in Settings > Cloud Sync when you want supported Sliprail bookmark data to remain available across devices. Cloud Sync preserves Sliprail-specific bookmark fields that the standard HTML format does not carry.
Sliprail's selective JSON export can also include cloud-backed bookmark records and timestamps, but Sliprail does not currently import that JSON format. See Cloud Sync, Export, and Migration to choose the right workflow.
Sliprail supports up to 10,000 bookmarks. The manager shows a notice when the limit is reached.
